It’s almost thanksgiving and in honor of the holiday I partnered with Farmbox Los Angeles to create an updated version of the classic green bean side dish. This healthy  Green Bean Salad alternative to the classic mushy casserole is zesty and simple to make. The fresh local produce used in this recipe was delivered to my door by Farmbox LA. Farmbox LA is a delivery service that provides seasonal high quality food goods from local farms. I love to support local farmers and using Farmbox LA is the most convenient way for me to cook with their produce. In addition to wonderful produce, Farmbox LA offers up kombucha, eggs, pet food, household items, and even pies! My recent Farmbox LA delivery was a perfect excuse to go on a fall picnic in griffith park, where I feasted like a plump thanksgiving turkey!
