These three “lifestyle” hardcovers were meticulously chosen for their abundance of knowledge on beautifying from within. Los Angeles based beauty and wellness blogger, Celeste Wilson of the True Spoon devoured these books from cover to cover to educate us on the many discoveries made in the realm of “natural beauty.”

I’m taking all of this outdoor fitness advice in attempt to chill out, turn down my constant internal chatter, and finally enjoy the act of movement.
