Beet Smoothie Bowl
1 cup roasted then frozen beets 1/2 cup raw then frozen zucchini
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop unsweetened vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup white chia seeds
1 dropper liquid stevia
1/2 a packet of Four Sigmatic Cordyceps Myshroom Elixer (red packet) BUY NOW
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
• Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
